Our cancellation and refund policy is:

More than 28 days prior to commencement of your trip: No refund of the 20% deposit paid.
Less than 28 days prior to commencement of your trip: No refund of the 20% deposit paid however if your bookings can be filled, we will negotiate a refund of the balance paid.
